Step 2 — Scope & Pack Selection
We confirm your project scope in plain language and recommend Lite (1), Mid (5), or Pro (10) packs so you know your options right away.
Step 3 — Transparent Quote
Your quote is built from our documented rates and workflows — the same method every time — so there’s never any guesswork.
Step 4 — Schedule & Prep
Once you approve, we book your slot and prep everything before we arrive so your project runs smooth from the start.
Step 5 — The Work

- Walkthrough with you to confirm scope and priorities
- Protect floors, furniture, and belongings
- Set up tools, materials, and safety zones
- Begin prep work (cleaning, sanding, patching as needed)

- Complete primary service tasks (painting, repairs, lawn care, etc.)
- Maintain a tidy, safe worksite throughout the day
- Provide midday progress update (in person or via text)

- Remove all protective coverings and clean the site
- Invite you for a walk‑through to confirm satisfaction
- Discuss any follow‑up or maintenance tips

Step 6 — Final Walkthrough & Wrap‑Up
We walk through the completed work with you, note any touch‑ups, and leave your space clean and ready to enjoy.
