Who We Are

Jared’s Den LLC is a purpose-built ecosystem of brands designed to serve the community with clarity, trust, and empowerment at every touchpoint. Founded on the belief that operational excellence should feel human, we’ve built three distinct arms—each solving a different need, all guided by the same principles.

- BB’s Corner

Offers wholesome, all-natural products that nourish families and restore trust in what we consume.

- Jared’s Den Customs

Crafts bespoke furniture and casework with precision and empathy, using quoting systems so intuitive even first-time techs can quote with confidence.

- FHS Maintenance delivers

Reliable home and property services with transparency, flexible payment options, and peace-of-mind built into every interaction.

Together, these brands form a modular, scalable system that empowers both clients and team members. We don’t just build products or services—we build belief. Every process we design is made to be frictionless, accessible, and deeply human-centered. At Jared’s Den, we’re not just meeting needs—we’re elevating how those needs are met.

Jared’s Den LLC began not with a business plan, but with a conviction: the people deserve better.

For over 27 years, co‑founder and COO Jared Finell worked in the thick of construction and operations, witnessing the same challenges play out again and again — misaligned teams, unclear roles, and systems that undermined trust instead of building it. Rather than accept the chaos, Jared set out to design a different kind of company — one where structure is the safety net, and clarity is the rule, not the exception. From the first SOP and pay band to the comprehensive role ladders, every piece was built with purpose.

But structure alone wasn’t enough. Co-founder Tracy Finell brought the human lens that reshaped the mission. After earning multiple degrees in pursuit of a “better job,” Tracy found herself in roles that undervalued both her education and her experience. She saw firsthand how pay discrepancies and broken promises eroded trust and morale. Her journey became the catalyst for Jared’s Den’s people-first model — one that prioritizes transparency, equity, and dignity in every role.

Guided by the principle *Qualitas in Omnibus* — Quality in All Things — Jared’s Den is engineered to protect what matters most: trust, scalability, and enduring excellence. Our mission is simple: get the system right, and the job follows — every time.

Today, Jared’s Den stands as more than a service provider. It’s a promise — to our team, our customers, and our community — that when you step into our world, you step into a legacy built to last.

How We Got Here

The House That Jared & Tracy Built: A Story of Three Doors, One Foundation

In a quiet corner of Deltona, Florida, a company called Jared’s Den LLC began not with a product, but with a promise: to build systems that empower people—clients, employees, and neighbors alike. At its core was a belief that transparency, trust, and usability weren’t just operational goals—they were moral imperatives.

From this foundation, three doors opened to the community:

 BB’s Corner

The first door led to a kitchen filled with warmth and purpose. BB’s Corner was born to offer wholesome, all-natural products—simple, honest, and nourishing. Every jar, every bar, every blend was crafted with care, not just for health but for heart. It wasn’t just about selling; it was about restoring trust in what people consume. BB’s Corner became a place where families could feel safe, where ingredients were readable, and where wellness was accessible.

 Jared’s Den Customs

The second door opened into a workshop humming with creativity. Jared’s Den Customs offered bespoke furniture and casework solutions—each piece designed with precision and empathy. Whether it was a handcrafted table for a growing family or modular cabinetry for a small business, the goal was always the same: to make beauty functional and function beautiful. The quoting logic here was revolutionary—step-based, math-free, and visual—so even the youngest tech could quote with confidence. It wasn’t just furniture; it was empowerment in wood and steel.

 FHS Maintenance

The third door led to the field—where homes breathed, lawns grew, and repairs whispered for attention. FHS Maintenance stepped in with general home and property services, built on the same operational rigor and human-centered design. From patching drywall to maintaining landscapes, the team didn’t just fix things—they restored peace of mind. With flexible payment options and scripted objection handling, trust was built before a single tool was lifted.

 One Compass, Three Paths

Though each brand served a different need, they all followed the same compass:

- Clarity in every quote, product, and interaction

- Trust earned through transparency and consistency

- Empowerment for both the team and the customer

- Usability so intuitive, even a first-time field tech could thrive

Together, BB’s Corner, Jared’s Den Customs, and FHS Maintenance form a living system—modular, scalable, and deeply human. They don’t just serve the community; they elevate it. And at the center of it all is Jared’s Den LLC, not just building brands, but building belief.
