Horseradish root powder is used both as a versatile condiment in cooking and as a traditional remedy for various ailments.As a condiment, it can be used to make spicy sauces, dips, and mustards, or added directly to dishes like roasts, stir-fries, and burgers to provide a pungent, spicy kick.
