Through transparent flat rate service fees we bring clarity to the table. You know how long we expect this job to take to complete and that’s what we charge. We then develop the materials needed for this job and add 15% to that total. Period. No guessing, no ambiguity just the details. The only thing that matters when it comes to home and property maintenance.

We sell our services at a $150 per hour cost that is then presented as a 50/50 split payment structure.
